1. What’s the personalized crystal gift business?
A: Personalized gift means the gift special made for “you”( the customer). You can put your 3D face(or your son and daughter’s, your lover’s, your parents’, yourself etc.), your favorite photo( your photo, your family photo, your son or daughter’s photo), or your favorite image (religious, pets, constellation, congratulations or encouraging words etc) inside pure and elegant crystal, the image inside crystal will never change and can be kept forever.
Everybody has his or her unforgettable moment and precious picture in life, to record it into pure and shining crystal will make the ever-lasting memory into eternity.
2. What can I do with 3D Laser?
A: The 3D Laser is some kind of laser printer, it’s used for engraving image inside crystal, glass or acrylic, you can engrave 3D face, 2D photo, company logo, new product prototype, some interesting model(like constellation, animal, building, text etc.) inside crystal, make it a special gift, souvenir, or corporate promotion product.
3. How can I get a 3D Face inside crystal?
A: To engrave a 3D Face of somebody, you can take a 3D photo for him with 3D Camera, process the photo with 3D Software, then input the 3D Face data in 3D laser for engraving. Customer can make it right now, the engraving process only cost 1 or 2 mins with 3D Diode laser ELD1500 or ELD2000.
4．How many types of 3D camera and laser machine are there in your company?
A: At present, we have 2 types of 3D cameras for capturing portrait - M1 and M2, with high performance and portability The main difference of M1 and M2 dues to the maximum vision scope, M1 can take 1 to 2 persons, which is suitable for individual, couples, lovers, while M2 can take more, which is good for taking photos for families, friends.
For the laser-engraving machine, now we have two series. One is of the lamp pump, including ELB300A, B; the engraving speed is about 6 mins for a data of 90,000dots, which is suitable for an easy start. Another is of the diode pump, the faster machine, which including ELD1500A, B; ELD2000A, B; ELD3000A, B.
5. What’s the difference of your machine?
A: ELB series and ELD series are different in laser medium and heat exchanger. The former is lamp pump machine with water cooling system, while the ELD series are diode pump machine with air cooling system. In ELD series, we have several models in different engraving speed level, such as ELD1000, ELD1500, ELD2000 and ELD3000.
6. Is it easy to operate your machine?
Yes, our machine is easy to operate. Normally, our customers take 5days of free training, first 2days for learning and the last 3 days for practice. A man who knows a little computer can control the machine. For the air-cooling diode laser machine, it’s totally easy and need only 1 day training, since it’s maintenance free.
7. How long it will take for laser engraving a crystal?
For example, the 3D Portrait in regular size 50*50*80mm crystal may have about 150,000 dots at least to keep it looks bright. It will take 10mins for engraving by ELB300, 3mins by ELD1000, 1.5min by ELD1500, 1 min by ELD2000.
To take photo and process the 3D portrait with our 3D Camera and software needs about 3-5mins according to the operator’ skill.
