1. What’s the personalized crystal gift business?

2. What can I do with 3D Laser?

A: The 3D Laser is some kind of laser printer, it’s used for engraving image inside crystal, glass or acrylic, you can engrave 3D face, 2D photo, company logo, new product prototype, some interesting model(like constellation, animal, building, text etc.) inside crystal, make it a special gift, souvenir, or corporate promotion product.

3. How can I get a 3D Face inside crystal?

A: To engrave a 3D Face of somebody, you can take a 3D photo for him with 3D Camera, process the photo with 3D Software, then input the 3D Face data in 3D laser for engraving. Customer can make it right now, the engraving process only cost 1 or 2 mins with 3D Diode laser ELD1500 or ELD2000.

4．How many types of 3D camera and laser machine are there in your company?

A: At present, we have 3 types of 3D cameras and two types are for capturing portrait - M1 and M2, with high performance and portability The main difference of M1 and M2 dues to the maximum vision scope, M1 can take 1 to 2 persons, which is suitable for individual, couples, lovers, while M2 can take more, which is good for taking photos for families, friends. .M3 is for more precise and used for orthotics.

For the laser-engraving machine, all of our machine are the diode pump and air-cooling, , which including ELD1000B,C;ELD1500B,C; ELD2000B,C; ELD3000B,C.

5. What’s the difference of your machine?

A: For different engraving area, we named the machine for "B" and "C" series. "B" has the engraving area of max ellipse170*140*100mm."C" has the engraving area of max 250*250*100mm.For the engraving speed, we have the machine including the speed from 1000 to 3000 dots/sec.

6. Is it easy to operate your machine?

Yes, our machine is easy to operate. Normally, our customers take 5days of free training, first 2days for learning and the last 3 days for practice. A man who knows a little computer can control the machine. For the air-cooling diode laser machine, it’s totally easy and need only 1 day training, since it’s maintenance free.

7. How long it will take for laser engraving a crystal?

For example, the 3D Portrait in regular size 50*50*80mm crystal may have about 150,000 dots at least to keep it looks bright. It will take 10mins for engraving by ELB300, 3mins by ELD1000, 1.5min by ELD1500, 1 min by ELD2000.

To take photo and process the 3D portrait with our 3D Camera and software needs about 3-5mins according to the operator’ skill.

8. Which model of 3D camera is fit for me?

We have 3 kinds of 3D camera,M1,M2 and M3.Now M3 is widely used in orthotics to capture the foot and hand 3D model.The M1 and M2 are used for the personalized crystal business to capture the 3D face model.The main difference between M1 and M2 is the captureing field.M1 can capture 1 to 2 persons.M2 can capture 1 to 5 persons.

9. Which model of 3D laser machine is fit for me?

The ELD series 3D laser machine is bestseller.It adopts the laser diode as it's laser trigger,air cooler as it's cooling system.That means this series is more stable,faster and bigger engraving area.

10. What is DPSSL?

DPSSL stands for diode pumped solid state laser.Our ELD 3D laser machine adopts this kind of laser source. With the longer life time,better power efficiency, compacted design,DPSSL is the new trend of the high quality laser source.

11. What other material can the 3D laser machine do except the crystal?

The 3D laser machine can engrave other transparent material such as glass and acrylic. It can also mark words on the surface of the materials such as wood, plastic and metal. But not recommended.

12.Do you supply with crystals and what forms, sizes and shapes can you offer if you do?
